We provide evidence based data backed and research driven, well reputed Buyers Agency services, Detail in-depth lifetime strategic portfolio building advisory, Property development services and Tax/SMSF & business advisory services. We assist clients improve from Mediocre Investing to High net worth Investing via our proprietary strategic planning advice. We are growing again and are looking for someone to join our growing buyer’s agency team. We are specifically looking for candidates from WA, SA, VIC & QLD. You will be assisting with every aspect of the property purchasing process. The office-based portion of the job is 100% working from home but you may also have to attend property inspections. Responsibilities Sourcing properties for purchase – both on and off-market Researching properties to identify suitable purchasing opportunities Liaising with the property buying team via our internal communication systems Contacting sales agents about upcoming properties for sale Liaising with architects, council representatives, solicitors, building and pest inspectors and more to provide an accurate Due Diligence report Maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Please send a brief summary and a short video of why you may like this job What you can expect Working from home Flexible working hours and schedule A chance to learn the ins and outs of the property buying business from our experienced buying team A combination of salary + performance-based incentives Administrative and research support Must Haves A great attitude, an ability to learn and adapt Flexibility with working hours Reasonable competence with computers Excellent phone and email communication Love of property, investment and wealth creation A keen eye for assessing a property’s potential and spotting a “deal”?
