About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in real estate — someone genuinely interested in property, investments, and long-term growth . As a Property Acquisition Assistant, you’ll work closely with senior Buyer’s Agents, assisting with property sourcing, due diligence, client reports and coordination of the end to end property acquisition process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sources Assist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goals Prepare property reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisons Support the acquisition process, including liaising with agents, property managers, and other professionals involved in the process Maintain and update internal property databases Learn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation, and buyer advocacy skills What We’re Looking For: Strong passion for real estate and property investment Analytical mindset with good attention to detail Excellent communication and organisation skills Willingness to learn and grow within the business Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months) Why Join Us: Direct mentorship from experienced Buyer’s Agents Exposure to real investment deals and client portfolios Hands-on training in identifying and shortlisting properties, negotiation and acquisition Career progression pathway to Buyer’s Agent role Supportive, high-performing, and collaborative team culture Growth Opportunities are only limited by your imagination Location : Castle Hill, Sydney (Onsite) Type : Full-Time Experience : Entry-level / 0–1 years If you’re passionate about property, ready to learn, and eager to make your mark in real estate investing — we’d love to hear from you Ready to Apply?
