You’ll be hands‑on in development, set the tech strategy, and ensure our platforms deliver top performance, security, and reliability. You’ll be responsible for: Overseeing operations, support, and development of key platforms (DXP, localsearch.com.au). Leading software development, automation, and QA best practices. Driving technology strategy and system optimisation. Building and mentoring a high-performing in‑house and offshore team. Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships. What you’ll bring: Deep experience in software development, infrastructure, and DevOps (NodeJS, ReactJS, AWS). Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary tech teams. Strategic mindset with strong project management and communication skills. Experience in security, compliance (PII, PCI DSS), and agile delivery.
