Wyndham Vale Montessori Centre (Buffalo Campus) is looking for an educational leader to join our supportive team, mentor our educators, and bring a positive approach to the work environment. Position objective : to guide and support educators in effectively implementing the planning cycle to enhance programs and practices. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of the Montessori program and the EYLF in all children's rooms. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, and staff. Provide mentoring to educators to improve their overall knowledge, skills, and practice. Organise external professional development opportunities for staff. Work with the management team to aid in making centre decisions and be involved in developing and delivering centre goals. Supervise, guide, and lead others to work collaboratively. Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a range of situations. Selection Criteria Qualifications Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates. Current WWCC. Previous experience in Early Childhood settings, including strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy. Comprehensive knowledge of professional standards and approved learning frameworks. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support educators from diverse backgrounds.
