Business Development Manager - RV & Caravan Brown and Watson International – Somerton VIC At Brown & Watson International (BWI) , we’re proudly Australian-owned and the powerhouse behind industry-leading brands like NARVA , PROJECTA , and Big Red Gear . As part of the Amotiv Group , we deliver cutting-edge automotive lighting, electrical and portable power solutions, trusted by professionals, trades, and adventurers across the globe. We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our RV and Caravan channel. This is a hands-on, market-facing role focused on new business development, channel growth, and strategic account engagement — all while working alongside a passionate, high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing customers Identify new business opportunities. Deliver commercial outcomes: manage pricing, review margins, and drive profitability. Conduct competitive research and develop business cases for new growth initiatives. Present new products and category solutions to clients in a clear, value-driven way. What You Bring to the Table: 7 + years of sales experience Strong knowledge of the Caravan/RV industry, including key players, trends, and compliance requirements Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business opportunities Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supporting or managing a sales team Confident presenter with strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to develop tailored solutions by working across technical, engineering, and service functions Proficiency in pricing, deal evaluation, and reporting tools (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite) Why BWI?
