Snow Entrepreneurs is a community of 20+ founders and a growing alumni network driving measurable change across Australia. Why you might love this job As Program Support you’ll keep one of the Foundation’s most dynamic programs running smoothly, allowing the Impact & Engagement Manager to focus on strategy and relationships. You’ll coordinate logistics, systems and follow‑up, draft reports, maintain decks, track impact data, refine evaluation tools and manage community events. Your style You’re a detail hawk with excellent judgement, pride yourself on high‑quality admin, and take initiative to polish outputs so the team shines. You read rooms, decide when to unlock capacity and when to check‑in, and amplify team work with positivity and reliability. You’ll report to the Impact & Engagement Manager and collaborate with program partners, suppliers and the wider Snow team. Compensation Salary will be aligned with market rates and discussed based on experience. Responsibilities Support the Impact & Engagement Manager to keep the program humming: coordinate logistics, systems, and follow‑up that enable leadership to stay focused on strategy and relationships. Produce written reports, decks and track data for evaluation tools, turning moving parts into clear systems and completed work. Anticipate needs, translate big ideas into practical steps, and maintain momentum so the team can stay focused on strategy. Keep the Snow Entrepreneurs network alive and thriving: coordinate updates, events and stories that connect people and spark ideas. Manage all gathering logistics – retreats, online workshops, community events – liaising with venues, speakers and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and that insights flow back into the program. Support broader Foundation projects as needed, contributing to key initiatives and expanding your learning across philanthropy, sector capacity building and community engagement. Qualifications Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent judgement and a passion for high‑quality admin. Experience coordinating events, managing data or producing reports is a plus. Ability to read the room and decide when to proactively unlock team capacity or check in. Full legal working rights in Australia are required. Must be 18 years or older and hold appropriate work visa if required.
