Position Description Front End Loader Operator Location Kooragang Island, NSW Employment Type Casual, FT hours, Monday to Friday Pay Rate From $38/hr depending on skills and experience Starting Early Jan ’26 About the Company An opportunity to work with Australia’s largest supplier of fertilisers, dispatching around two million tonnes annually to support the grain, cotton, pasture, dairy, sugar, and horticulture industries. What’s on Offer Monday to Friday day shift (7:00am – 4:30pm) Occasional Saturday overtime Increased hours during peak season (March–July) Competitive pay rates starting at $38/hr Work with a well‑known and respected industry leader An ongoing role for the right person, with temp‑to‑perm transition a possibility About You Current Front End Loader ticket or VOC (essential) 3 years+ prior experience in operating front‑end loaders Strong work ethic and reliability Safety is paramount Familiarity with manufacturing environments (desirable) Key Responsibilities Operate front‑end loader to move the product between the production and bagging areas throughout the manufacturing process. Use online safety systems. Load hoppers and trucks, and move the product between sheds and bays on site. Assist with general housekeeping duties of the site.
