The Opportunity Rouse Hill OOSH is a vibrant and inclusive Out of School Hours (OOSH) service, dedicated to providing high-quality care and engaging programs for children aged 5–12. Our philosophy is built on play-based learning, wellbeing, and fostering strong connections with families and the local community. We are seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to inspire and guide our team in delivering exceptional experiences that meet the needs and interests of school‑aged children and their families. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice and build confidence in program delivery Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community Collaborate with the Nominated Supervisor and team to drive continuous improvement and service excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent qualification) Experience working in OOSH or school-aged care, ideally in a senior or leadership role Strong knowledge and practical application of the NQF, NQS, and My Time, Our Place framework Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates , plus a valid Working with Children Check A passion for creating engaging, play‑based programs that support children’s wellbeing and development Sounds good?
