Job Description Are you passionate about nurturing children’s growth beyond the classroom? If so, we’d love to meet you Lead the day‑to‑day operations of our OOSH service, ensuring a high‑quality environment aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the seven National Quality Standards (NQS) areas. Act as the Responsible Person in charge of the service, and ensure continuity of leadership when you are not on site. Keep our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) dynamic and up to date, driving meaningful improvement across the service. Review, enhance and implement service policies and procedures, including all risk‑management measures, medical management plans, and enrolment documentation. Ensure every child is safe, supported and positively supervised at all times. Fulfil your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter in line with our Child Protection Policy. Promote a nurturing, inclusive environment that protects the health, safety and wellbeing of all children and staff. Build and manage effective staff rosters while providing clear, supportive, and inspiring leadership to the OOSH team. Oversee staff professional development, ensuring every educator continues to grow, learn and excel; coordinate staff appraisals in collaboration with the Head of Compliance. Communicate regulatory or procedural updates to staff and guide them in implementing best practice.
