About The Opportunity As an Organisational Change Analyst within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you will deliver change management and communication activities to support the implementation of a transitional operating model across SDPRIA. You will support the Change Manager to implement the strategy and roadmap to onboard to the transitional operating model, through change impact analyses to fully understand changes across people, process and technology in alignment with business requirements and benefit objectives. This role offers the opportunity to identify barriers to adoption and formulate change and communication plans to help staff and management transition to the new ways of working including change readiness and ensuring adoption of the transitional operating model. In This Role, You Will Assess change impacts and organisational readiness for the new operating model. Develop change, communication and adoption strategies and plans. Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to drive engagement and deliver change materials. Provide timely, data‑informed advice, updates and reports to key stakeholders. About You Proven experience delivering change in large, complex environments, with strong knowledge of change tools and methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult, influence, collaborate and communicate effectively. High‑level analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills, including interpreting complex information and creating strategies, plans and reports. Excellent organisation and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and work well both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
