Civil Supervisor/ Project Manager

McCorry Brown Earthmoving is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Project Manager to join our Broome operations. This full‑time role is responsible for managing civil projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This is a hands‑on leadership position, overseeing crews and subcontractors while liaising with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes across a diverse range of civil works. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from award through to delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning Lead and supervise site crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient operations Oversee plant, equipment, and material coordination Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims Promote safety, environmental, and quality management practices Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders About You You will bring: 5+ years’ experience in civil construction supervision or project management Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors Proven project delivery experience (on time, on budget, to specification) Sound knowledge of earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and concrete structures Excellent organisational and communication skills Current Driver’s Licence (HR preferred) and White Card (mandatory) Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (advantageous) Why Join Us?
