As a Drill Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring accurate directional drilling, and adhering to safety protocols. Proven experience in directional drilling operations Proficiency in operating drilling equipment and tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Commitment to safety standards and procedures Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Tracker Our company is in need of Trackers to play a crucial role in guiding drill operators during projects. Trackers will be responsible for monitoring the progress of drilling operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the drill team. Previous experience as a tracker or in a similar role Familiarity with GPS technology and tracking systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in dynamic outdoor environments Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team Essential Requirements for these roles Clean National Police Check Construction Card Experience in HDD technologies Ability to decipher plans and DBYD'' Civil Works We are seeking skilled Civil Works professionals to support our drilling projects with expertise in infrastructure and construction. Civil Works team members will be involved in site preparation, excavation, and coordination with other trades. We are currently working on the NBN network. Civil works will include new pit installations, linkups into existing pits, and trenching. MR Truck License Experience in civil construction projects, preferably in utilities or infrastructure Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and equipment Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship Our primary work is based in SE QLD and travel is part of the job with great incentives. With working away rosters 10 days on and 4 days off or 2 weeks on and 1 week off depending on location of the job, great living away from home allowance and amazing and skilled drill teams.
