Position Overview The Technical Product Lead plays a critical role in the successful deployment of our technology products, working closely with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process, providing technical support, and configuring the software to meet their specific needs. The Technical Product Lead is our main point of contact with our third‑party developers. There is also an internal element to the role, providing ad‑hoc assistance with our own IT environment, and assisting with data extracts and reporting through PowerBI and other tools. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for client success. Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead the implementation of our platforms for new and existing clients, ensuring all interfaces are established and the solution is configured and ready to be moved into operational support. Engage with prospective or current clients to address any technical, security, or operational questions relating to our solutions. Assist the Business Development team in responding to technical, functional, and non‑functional RFPs from prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for our third‑party developers, scope change requests, and prioritise BAU development work. Provide technical support to clients relating to FTP, SSO, and other client integrations with our systems. Provide second‑level technical support and collaborate with the Client Success Team and third‑party developers to solve support issues. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our platforms successfully and effectively. Prepare technical sales support documentation. Act as the primary point of contact for our third‑party IT provider and assist with our business IT environment as required. Oversee UAT testing of updates prior to the developer releasing into production and smoke testing post‑release. Assist the business with regular and ad‑hoc reporting using PowerBI and other tools as required. Assist the COO with cyber security related matters. Key Selection Criteria Essential Minimum five years working with digital products and their implementation at clients. Experience preparing and delivering training material. Proven experience being able to bridge the communication gap between technology and client requirements. Excellent technical/IT and application troubleshooting and investigation skills. Flexible, willing to learn, driven to improve. Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines. Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to pitch messages and communicate with different audiences. Collaborative with strong people leadership skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Desirable Exposure to MS Azure, AWS, Okta, and general awareness of integration concepts such as Single Sign On, SAML2.0, APIs, flat file import via SFTP.
