Join Us to support our Park and Motel teams to deliver clean, welcoming accommodation and outstanding front‑of‑house service. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Live and work on the road – 10 days out of 14 in Park and on the road – WA & SA. Provide training and support in housekeeping, correct chemical use and front office operations including guest service delivery. Assist in managing KPIs and metrics across: Room presentation & readiness; the safe and correct use of housekeeping chemicals; conduct OSCIs (Operations Standards and Continuous Improvement). Deliver daily housekeeping and office tasks training (with a focus on housekeeping initially). Assist with managing housekeeping suppliers (chemicals, consumables). Support lease administration (approvals and cross‑checking new leases). Train teams in RMS. Troubleshoot RMS issues on‑site. Assist the phone support team and operations inbox as needed. For the first 6 months, this role will have a hyperfocus on housekeeping training and systems, including: Standardising cleaning practices. Mentoring head housekeepers. Supporting presentation consistency across all parks. After all Parks Managers and the Motel Manager and the housekeeping teams are trained and up to speed on the safe and proper use of our housekeeping chemicals and are consistently delivering the high standard of cleanliness and presentation required, this role will transition into a business‑as‑usual Group Assistant Manager role working across both office and housekeeping. What You'll Be Doing Coach teams on accommodation standards, room readiness, and guest presentation. Conduct cabin, room and office walkthroughs and audits. Foster pride in service, hospitality, and a team‑focused culture. Support guest service delivery and issue resolution at the park level. Maintain consistency in guest presentation and front desk operations. Train teams on RMS use, reception tasks, and Microsoft To Do. The Lifestyle & Travel This is a mobile role – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, regional travel, and the opportunity to work hands‑on across a friendly, close‑knit Park network. If you have your own motorhome or similar, a vehicle allowance of $9,000 per annum will be paid and fuel costs for travelling between locations will be reimbursed. You will also be provided with a complimentary powered site at our Parks when you visit. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in hospitality (holiday parks, resorts, motels or hotels). Strong experience in both housekeeping and front office leadership. Strong organisation, communication, and mentoring skills. Calm under pressure, solution‑focused, and ready to jump in when needed. Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive yourself between Parks. Confident using and training others in RMS. Familiarity with leases, guest metrics, ReviewPro and supplier coordination – a bonus.
