Your new role Reporting to the Yard Manager - St Marys, you will safely operate machinery in order to sort, grade and purchase metals. Your Responsibilities Will Include Load & unload trucks, skip bins and trailers Operate equipment, including forklift and/or excavator (where licensed) Ensure customers receive a high level of service Grading and sorting materials Demonstrating personal responsibility for and commitment to OH&S policies and procedures To Be Successful In This Opportunity, You Will Have Forklift (LF) licence (or a willingness to learn) Ability to work independently A can‑do attitude, you will be open to undertaking training in order to diversify your skills Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail In Return, We Offer Consistent day shift with family friendly hours Competitive rates in line with our Enterprise Agreement On the job training, with certified tickets and opportunities for progression Paid Parental Leave: 12 weeks (primary carer) or 6 weeks (non‑primary) Novated Leasing: Tax‑effective vehicle leasing options Health Insurance: Exclusive BUPA discounts for you and your family Wellbeing Support: Confidential counselling through our EAP program Interested?
