Disability Support Workers – St Marys – Tagalog Speaking Join Maxlife Care , a leading provider of premium disability and aged care services. We are looking for compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team in St Marys. About The Role As a Disability Support Worker at Maxlife Care, you will be responsible for: Providing in‑home care and assisting participants with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration. Supporting domestic duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals and fostering independence. You will work closely with an Area Manager who will provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure you are delivering the best care possible. About You At least 1 year of experience in the disability sector. Ability to speak Tagalog (or related language). Experience working with clients with Autism is highly beneficial. Previous experience with mobility aids and hoists is required. Valid CPR and First Aid certificates. Certificate III in Disability (or similar) or higher. Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with participants. Commitment to Person‑Centered Practices, advocating for the autonomy and well‑being of each individual. Organisational skills and a proactive approach to care delivery. NDIS Workers Check. A valid NSW Driver’s Licence (or equivalent) and access to your own car is desirable. Why Maxlife Care?
