Rental Service Agent – Brisbane Join Indie Campers to deliver exceptional guest service at our Brisbane depot. The role involves managing campervan rentals, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. With over one million nights rented and 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, we offer short‑term RV rentals, long‑term campervan subscriptions, and vehicles for sale. Our digital, customer‑centric approach delivers a strong booking experience and high‑quality road trips at affordable prices. The Role You will be the face of our company at the Brisbane depot, reporting directly to the Branch Operations Assistant. Your responsibilities include ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining the fleet, and owning all depot operations. What You’ll Work On Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check‑ins and check‑outs Prepare and clean campervans between guests Maintain vehicles in top condition and monitor maintenance/repair needs Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies Who We’re Looking For Travel enthusiast with strong customer contact skills; experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent‑a‑car is desirable Fluent in English (mandatory) Eligible to work in Australia, with a valid driver’s licence and confidence driving a campervan (mandatory) Available to work on weekends and public holidays Responsible, reliable, and organised with strong problem‑solving skills The Indie Commitment Be part of a young, fast‑growing, innovative company and make a real difference Career development opportunities in field operations and transitions to offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you Compensation package that includes performance and referral bonuses Free road trips around Europe, North America, and Oceania Location & Employment Brisbane, Queensland, Australia – Full‑time, Entry level.
