JOD ID: Location: Hadfield, VIC, 3046 Job function: Early Learning Employment type: Permanent Part Time Closing date: Dec Our new role As the Service Leader and Early Childhood Teacher for our Kindergarten in Hadfield, you will oversee a team of Educators and Teachers to deliver kindergarten programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children. We are looking for a strong, confident and experienced Leader and Teacher to lead a large team of dedicated Early Childhood Teachers and Educators. This unique part‑time, ongoing opportunity will provide the right leader with the space to thrive in a program with strong ties to the community. Position: 50 hours per fortnight (25 hours per week). Responsibilities Develop an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child. Drive enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs. Create a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate. You can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with empathy and support at the forefront of your work. You’ll Also Bring With You A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood or equivalent Approved Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority qualification). A current VIT Registration.
