Established in Forbes, NSW in 1915, we now have over 60 branches and 100 specialist advisors across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania, offering local and innovative services to our clients. Our brands include AGnVET Services, IK Caldwell, AGnVET Agribusiness, and Darling Irrigation. As a Customer Service Officer, you will have experience in customer service with knowledge of agricultural products and services. You should be able to deliver high levels of service, build strong customer relationships, and assist customers both in-store and over the phone by asking relevant questions to provide suitable solutions. You will also monitor stock levels and assist with stock control using the Pronto system. Ideal candidates will be motivated, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change, and have effective interpersonal skills.
