Responsibilities Station Management : Oversee all activities within their assigned station Food Preparation : Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards Presentation : Ensure dishes are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards. Team Leadership : Supervise and train junior staff Hygiene and Safety : Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety regulations Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control waste to manage costs. Menu Development : Contribute to menu planning and development, assisting with new dish creation. Skills and experience Relevant AQF Diploma plus at least 3 years' full‑time work experience in the same occupation or closely related. Experience and success in equivalent job roles. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and of how to make fresh pasta. Punctual, organised and trustworthy. Professional appearance. Ability to manage other people. Excellent communication skills.
