JWH Group – Client Liaison (Residential Attitude Team) JWH Group is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join the Residential Attitude team in the role of Client Liaison in our Osborne Park office. All responsibilities and required skills are detailed below. Responsibilities Effectively communicating with customers, providing proactive construction updates for the duration of construction Responding to all customer communications in a timely manner Raise and issue variations to contract as required Liaising with all internal departments – construction, scheduling, administration and drafting Data entry and report compilation Arrange and conduct the key handover meeting at the end of construction Ensure a maximum level of customer service is delivered to customers at all times Qualifications & Skills Good understanding of residential construction procedures and programming Minimum two years experience, preferably working with two-storey homes High attention to detail Personal accountability & positive attitude Managing relationships and effective communication skills Effective time management Residential Attitude is a proud member of the JWH Group, an entirely Western Australian, family-owned and operated organisation with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.
