We pride ourselves on high quality customer service that leads the industry in technical expertise and professional standards while maintaining commercial excellence – and we were excited to welcome someone who shares those same values About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Client Liaison Officer with a flair for building design to join our expanding team at our Booragoon Head Office. Your day‑to‑day will include: Reviewing contracts and identifying prestart requirements Meeting clients in our Booragoon showroom to guide them through selections, providing advice on cost, quality, and design Managing client queries, expectations, and variations Coordinating with suppliers, trades, and internal teams Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience Handling administrative tasks, documentation, and follow‑ups Overseeing multiple client projects and keeping each one on track What We’re Looking For: Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a Prestart, Consultation, or client‑facing role Someone who approaches every task with energy, optimism, and a willingness to learn in an ever‑evolving industry A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Confidence in reading and interpreting detailed plans Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Clear communication and solid time‑management abilities A self‑motivated, positive individual with a solutions‑focused mindset A touch of creativity and an eye for design Why You’ll Love Working with Us At Granny Flats WA, every day brings something new.
