Make a Real Impact As a Program Assurance Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding service quality and compliance across Castle’s operations. You’ll monitor claims and placements, support audits, and provide governance oversight to prevent risk and maintain contractual integrity. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Governance & Oversight – Monitor ongoing support servicing, ensure service consistency, identify emerging issues early, and elevate appropriately. Claims Management – Lodge ongoing support claims accurately and on time, and provide coverage across a range of claim types, verifications, and placement‑related tasks. Participant & Placement Risk Monitoring – Maintain oversight of participant progress and placement stability, using early intervention approaches to support successful outcomes. Audit & Quality Assurance – Contribute to internal audits, help identify compliance gaps, and support continuous improvement across service delivery and documentation. Relevant tertiary qualification or 3+ years’ experience in compliance, claims, or quality assurance Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources Experience with business systems and government data platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and exercise initiative NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport Alignment with Castle’s Vision, Purpose and Values Ready to Make a Difference?
