Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist Director and Occupational Therapist at Ace Therapy Services Ace Therapy is a small but growing registered NDIS provider that provides therapy services throughout Perth from our Balcatta and Rockingham offices. We work with people of all ages and abilities to maximise their independence. We have a team of skilled experienced therapists (OT, PT and SP). Qualifications & Experience Speech pathologists, Physiotherapists or Occupational therapist Registration with the SPA or AHPRA Demonstrated ability in assessment and clinical reasoning which supports planning, implementing and evaluating therapy services with the purpose of achieving the highest possible quality of life for people with disabilities Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a team member with clients, and all other stakeholders, relating to participants. Working with children NDIS Workers Screening Check Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module Tasks & Responsibilities Liaising with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA & related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members to provide individualised support plans. Providing evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and services, to participants in their home and community environments, based on their goals. Providing therapy services individually and as a member of an inter-disciplinary team Providing accurate, timely and high-quality reports and documentation of and reporting on intervention strategies Providing support to senior clinical staff by contributing to initiatives related to areas such as clinical service delivery and continuous improvement Recommendation of appropriate assistive technology in accordance with NDIS guidelines, based on participants goals and funding Consultation through the provision of advice and information to participants, service users, families and staff as appropriate Work collaboratively with NDIS participants, families and supporting networks to improve effectiveness and drive positive outcomes Work within the NDIS funding framework and meet compliance and quality standards 5 weeks annual leave plus PD days Experienced supportive team Small business where your input is always wanted and acted upon Part-time and full-time available Flexible working arrangements including the ability to work from home Seniority level Entry level Employment type Other Job function Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
