About Us Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation (KBHAC) is a survivor‑led, Aboriginal community‑controlled organisation. We were established to support the healing of Stolen Generations survivors and address the intergenerational trauma that continues to impact their families and communities. We are committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal children, young people, and families by providing culturally safe services that promote healing, wellbeing, and connection. Our work is guided by survivors, ensuring our programs reflect cultural strength, resilience, and respect. About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Aboriginal Family Preservation Case Worker to join our team. Key Duties will include Deliver culturally appropriate case management services to Aboriginal families at risk of entering statutory OOHC. Support families through goal planning and family action plans. Facilitate safe and positive family time sessions. Assist clients to access community resources and supports. Advocate for clients' needs within systems and community settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated service delivery. Maintain accurate case notes and compliance with reporting requirements. Ensure the Flowlogic database is up to date. Contribute to strong, culturally respectful relationships with KBHAC stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
