We are now expanding and seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Broker Analyst to support our growing client base. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 18 months proven experience as a Broker Analyst — essential. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional organisational capability with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Ability to build, maintain, and manage professional relationships. Confident problem solver who can respond effectively to client enquiries. A positive, team‑focused attitude with the desire to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptability to work in high‑volume lending workflows. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable due to our growing international client base. Tasks & Responsibilities Providing accurate, reliable support to our residential and commercial lending teams. Managing client relationships, documentation, and information flow. Establishing strong, dependable connections with both internal and external stakeholders. Communicating with lenders, partners, and key industry contacts. Greeting and supporting clients throughout the lending process. Preparing detailed, high‑quality finance applications across multiple lenders. Contributing to a high‑performance culture while upholding PFA’s service excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
