Responsibilities of the Quality Manager include: Leadership of the quality function and department on mega infrastructure project Creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Preparing and monitoring the project quality objectives, targets, KPIs and related programs including status of quality NCRs, reworks, and defects. Working with the Client’s Representative on quality issues in accordance with the requirements of the deed; liaising with the Client’s Representatives on quality matters. Ensuring stakeholder communication is clearly carried out, full engagement in management reporting, team management, time management and effectively managing issues and non-conformances. About you as a potential Quality Manager: Degree qualified in engineering, ideally civil. 10+ years experience working on major infrastructure or energy projects in a Quality Leadership role. Proven experience as Quality Manager in a tier 1 / principal contractor and managing $500m+. Understanding of inspection process and inspection record management.
