Quality Manager – IPS® (Individual Patient Solutions) KLS Martin Group is a global leader in surgical innovation. Our IPS® team in Sydney is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain compliance with ISO , TGA requirements, and internal global standards. This role is central to our personalised medical device production, ensuring every IPS® product meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining quality documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, specifications) Overseeing internal and external audits and maintaining audit readiness Leading validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment and processes Managing risk analyses, QMS processes, and calibration programs Driving continuous improvement initiatives across products and workflows Coordinating EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance and reporting Overseeing vendor qualification, monitoring, and performance management Ensuring accurate complaint handling, root-cause analysis, and 8D reporting Coordinating quality planning, inspection plans, and compliance activities Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management / Quality Assurance Strong working knowledge of ISO and medical device regulations Hands‑on experience with validation, risk management, and QMS documentation Understanding of EHS requirements and safe‑work practices Experience in vendor management – qualification, audits, and ongoing oversight High attention to detail and strong analytical / problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently while coordinating across technical teams Preferred Experience Experience with medical devices, eQMS, MS Office, SAP, Adobe About KLS Martin KLS Martin is known worldwide for precision, innovation, and quality in surgical solutions.
