Our team of professionals strives to deliver top-quality patient care while maintaining a positive workplace culture. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, implant surgery and orthodontics. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment. Educate patients on post-operative care practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in line with Australian privacy regulations. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Ensure the dental practice is stocked with necessary supplies and manage inventory. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting (essential). Certifications Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification (essential). Skills Proficiency in dental procedures, radiography, and infection control practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of Australian Dental Association (ADA) guidelines and standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
