Wedding/Social Event Sales & Co-ordinator We are actively looking for the right candidate to fill an exciting new role at our Barangaroo venue. Your Role As a Wedding/Social Event Sales & Co‑ordinator, you'll oversee the client journey from initial enquiry through to post‑event follow‑up — ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience every step of the way. Responsibilities Deliver on quarterly and annual KPI's Manage a strong lead pool, host venue site inspections and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings Coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences and corporate events Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements and expectations Preparing accurate floorplans, function sheets and event documentation Managing invoices, payments, and financial reconciliations Conduct pre & post event meetings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Work closely with the venue’s greater team Client Meet & Greets About You A strong work ethic with a positive attitude Strong sales experience and capability to on‑sell and up‑sell the venue High attention to detail and ability to multitask Exceptional organisational and time management skills Solution‑focused, proactive and calm under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Priava software is highly desirable A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple events at once Confidence in delivering outstanding service and upselling Ability to handle high level of administration / all computer based tasks Full Australian working rights (required) Our team prides itself on being strong event professionals We have a passion for the industry and believe in having a can‑do attitude.
