With a strong focus on delivering impact through technology, this team supports a wide range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector through both Salesforce Implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS). Role : As a Salesforce Developer Lead, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions that bring business goals to life. You'll lead technical design discussions, mentor developers, and ensure that all Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to best practices. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys hands‑on development, and wants to play a key role in guiding technical excellence within a multidisciplinary consulting environment. You will : Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Collaborate with Architects, Functional Consultants, Business SMEs, and Designers to shape quality code aligned to the project's business objectives. Configure out-of-the-box functionality, and where needed, write and implement efficient, secure, and scalable code based on development principles. Build custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and OmniStudio (highly regarded). Integrate software components and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and third‑party programs. Develop prototypes, wireframes, and technical designs for solution discussions. Perform unit testing on all components you create or enhance. Create and maintain technical documentation including technical specifications, security designs, and data dictionaries. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, CI / CD pipelines, and version control best practices (Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git). Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster continuous improvement. Support data migration, testing, release management, and deployment processes. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and solution scalability. You will have : 5-7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity. Strong skills in Apex, LWC, API integration, and data modeling. Hands‑on experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud. Exposure to OmniStudio is highly regarded. Experience working in consulting or complex, client‑facing environments. Deep understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps best practices. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or OmniStudio Developer are highly desirable. Australian Citizenship is required. Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
