If Yes, Join PCCS and empower lives to compassion Our service operates after hours and weekends to provide skilled support to the Gold Coast community in a warm and friendly setting. We are excited to offer several paid positions to support individuals in Safe Space under clinical supervision, as well as facilitate group engagement in the Space. Responsibilities We are looking for exceptional, kind and respectful candidates with lived experience, who will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment. Offering one-to-one support to individuals, facilitating group activities, supporting the clinician to monitor room dynamics, answering phones or other admin, general inquiries, and offering tea or coffee to the clients. Qualifications Ideal for those with lived experience/family NDISWS and WWCC Sound written and verbal communication skills A positive and proactive approach Advanced computer skills in MS Office An empathetic and sincere manner The ability to "add value" to the position Application Questions How many years' experience do you have as a Support Officer?
