Our Opportunities HDR’s Transport Business Group in Australia seeks expressions of interest from experienced engineers, planners, designers, and drafters to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting and challenging infrastructure projects. We have opportunities from intermediate to principal level across the following disciplines: Drainage Engineer Civil Drafter Highways Engineer Structural Engineer – Bridges & Civil Structures Transport Planner Civil Designer About You We are seeking motivated and technically proficient professionals who are committed to contributing to high-quality, community-focused infrastructure outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of the following qualifications, skills and attributes: Relevant tertiary qualifications appropriate to the position. Demonstrated experience working on transportation or civil infrastructure projects, with capability across intermediate, senior or principal levels. Technical proficiency in discipline‑specific tools and industry standards. Effective communication skills and ability to work productively within a tight‑knit, multidisciplinary team. Commitment to quality, safety and sustainability. A proactive, growth‑oriented mindset. Additional certifications, professional memberships or chartered status are highly regarded.
