Marketing and Communications Coordinator Join to apply for the Marketing and Communications Coordinator role at Sinclair Dermatology . We see over 60,000 patients a year and house Australia’s largest Dermatology research and clinical trials centre. We continue to grow steadily, supported by state‑of‑the‑art AI‑assisted imaging and a commitment to innovation. Our main office is in East Melbourne, with additional centres in Parkville and Pascoe Vale South. Responsibilities Assist with the creation, coordination, and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social, and events. Manage the clinic’s social media presence, including developing engaging content that educates patients about skin health and treatments. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, patient guides, and digital assets. Execute digital campaigns across web, email, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Represent the clinic at community health events and industry conferences, strengthening relationships with patients and partners. Support new treatment launches, clinic initiatives, and ongoing promotion of our dermatology services. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and support business development. Coordinate and oversee external marketing and advertising contractors, including agencies, designers, and digital specialists. Monitor supplier effectiveness and ROI, recommending improvements or in‑house alternatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role (preferably working for a healthcare organisation). Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar). Experience with CMS, email marketing, and social media management systems. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. A passion for healthcare marketing. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative with a positive, can‑do attitude.
