About the role The Activation Executive will deliver best‑in‑class activation across digital channels, working closely with a wonderfully supportive team to assist with campaign set‑up across key digital platforms (such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.). You will work across an exciting patch of clients including a revolutionary music streaming platform and iconic fashion/accessory brands. You will activate and monitor campaign performance and ensure pacing is on track, whilst identifying and recommending optimisation opportunities. You will produce post‑campaign reports that quantify the value of the media and provide actionable, measurable recommendations. What You Will Do With Us Review and monitor campaigns: Oversee performance of digital media campaigns across platforms such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and DV360, ensuring pacing aligns with budget and goals. Adjust campaigns: Modify budgets, bids, and targeting based on performance data. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues. Campaign setup & execution: Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimised. Optimise campaigns: Tweak targeting, bids, or creatives to meet KPIs, keeping the team updated, escalating issues, and ensuring prompt implementation of optimisations. Performance monitoring & optimisation: Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and budget alignment. Reporting & insights: Compile and prepare performance reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data. Troubleshooting & issue resolution: Identify and resolve any campaign issues, whether technical glitches or underperformance. A/B testing: Run tests and adjust creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting options. Planning: Gather assets and plan for upcoming campaigns to ensure readiness for launch. Review results: Analyse the day’s campaign results and report insights or action points to relevant teams. Assist coordinator in developing detailed weekly and final post Analysis, ensuring they have all necessary tools and information. What You’re Looking For A supportive and collaborative culture. Fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them — we have one of the top mobility programs GLOBALLY What You Will Bring 1 year of relevant experience, ideally an activation or implementation role, working on digital channels across various platforms. Good experience with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360 (experience with CM360 advantageous but not essential). Strong appetite to activate and optimise campaigns across digital platforms. Understanding of media KPIs, measurement and reporting. Experience across Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools. Demonstrate solid knowledge of the Australian digital media space. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks. Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities. Sound planning, project management and time management skills.
