We’re now seeking a General Manager (GM) Growth to architect, lead and deliver aggressive market expansion. The Opportunity Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the full growth engine — covering inbound, outbound, strategic partnerships, and Mergers & Acquisitions. You’ll build and lead a high-performance growth hierarchy, accelerate brand penetration, and secure market share across new service locations and trade categories. This is a quota-driven role with executive accountability. Targets are ambitious. Resources are real. Impact is immediate. What You’ll Lead Build and develop a functional managerial growth hierarchy Direct paid inbound marketing strategy, website performance and conversion optimisation Drive outbound CRM-based campaigns across sales, brand and retention Form partnerships and alliances that accelerate market share Lead strategic M&A assessments and opportunities to fast-track revenue Work cross-functionally with Service, Operations and Corporate executives to align execution at speed About You 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in sales, marketing and business development Track record in tier‑one, quota‑driven environments (software, multi‑million‑dollar deals, services) Proven experience scaling national or multi‑regional business operations Exposure to facilities, construction or trades (highly advantageous) You’ll Value Material expansion of enterprise value High‑impact, strategic market disruption Leading competitive, high‑output teams Hitting quota — and celebrating it Because here, growth isn’t theory — it’s measured, backed, and accelerated through: Entry into New Zealand A high‑performing executive team ready to move fast Ready to build the Southern Hemisphere's Most Professional Field‑Service Operation?
