About the Opportunity We’re seeking a Head of People & Culture – National Supply Chain and Field Sales to lead strategic people initiatives across our national supply chain and state operations, including major distribution centres and sales teams, for a workforce of 2,700. The role focuses on people experience, capability and talent management, working with HR peers for operational matters. In this Role Be the thought leader on shifting the people experience of teams closest to our customers – in distribution centres and sales teams. Lead organisational design and cultural transformation initiatives across the nation. Drive change management and people‑based transformation strategies for major growth initiatives. Build leadership capability across all levels, from distribution centre to senior leaders. Coach, mentor and guide senior P&C business partners to drive impact and alignment. Strengthen future workforce planning, talent pipelines, succession depth and retention for critical operational roles. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans across national operations and frontline populations. Collaborate across a matrix P&C structure to deliver group‑aligned initiatives with local impact.
