The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team based in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for delivering full life‑cycle talent management aligned to the firm’s recruitment strategy, providing generalist advice across the firm and assisting with the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in hands‑on implementation and execution of all aspects of the employee life cycle. Supporting all P&C processes of the employee life cycle including onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management, probations and learning & development. Managing the full cycle of talent management and planning including attracting, advertising, recruiting, screening and induction. Supporting the development and implementation of our P&C strategy and projects. Assisting with the processing of payroll. Preparation of P&C people metrics, data and reports. Responsible for developing, updating and ensuring compliance of People & Culture policies and procedures in line with best practice. Developing business partnerships with key stakeholders and embedding strong People & Culture practices across the firm. Qualifications A Certificate or Degree in Human Resource Management. Ideally at least 3 years of experience working in professional services. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail. Adaptability and flexibility. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
