Your Role As the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for energising and guiding a high-performing team. You’ll juggle multiple priorities, drive outbound call performance, and keep the team engaged through creative initiatives and a strong focus on accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the customer service team to meet and exceed KPIs. Drive outbound call performance and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence. Create and implement team incentives, games, and engagement strategies. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and support. Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven ability to multitask and manage competing demands.
