Account Manager (Contract) - Retail Marketing, Events & Brand Activations About Us Intuospace is a full‑service design agency specialising in Retail Marketing, Events & Brand Activations . We partner with the world’s leading brands to design and deliver memorable customer experiences across Australia. We’re a fast‑paced, collaborative studio where ideas move quickly, relationships matter, and every project gets the attention it deserves. We’re now seeking a talented Account Manager to join us on a 13‑month maternity contract, with the strong possibility of extension into a full‑time role as our business continues to grow. The Role As an Account Manager at Intuospace, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our internal design and project team. You’ll manage projects from the first inquiry through to execution—ensuring communication is clear, details are precise, and outcomes exceed expectations. The role blends relationship management, project coordination, creative problem‑solving, and commercial awareness. You’ll have ownership of your accounts, supported by a tight‑knit team that values initiative, ideas, and proactive thinking. You’ll commence 4–6 weeks prior (Feb 2026) to the maternity leave period to ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover. The contract will conclude two weeks after the team member returns, giving you full continuity across projects. Key Responsibilities Client Partnerships & Account Management Key day‑to‑day contact for the client, guiding them through the full project lifecycle—from brief to delivery Deliver excellence in customer service and maximising commercial outcomes Attend client meetings & creation of detailed project briefs to develop and present creative and commercially viable solutions Client negotiation of project scope and budgetary requirements Manage and maintain a strategic overview of accounts and proactively manage client expectations whilst building meaningful relationships Project Delivery Deliver premium Retail, Event and Brand Activations from concept through to execution Prepare quotes, proposals, scopes of work, budgets and timelines Translate client briefs clearly to internal teams, ensuring every detail is captured Work closely with design, production and operations teams to deliver seamless outcomes Coordinate site visits, logistics, production details and on‑site support (when required) Be present during key installations to ensure flawless delivery on site Proactively identify risks or issues early and manage them with clarity and confidence Use Asana to track WIPs and ensure transparent project tracking internally and externally Commercial & Strategic Convert inbound leads and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with the company’s scope of services and target markets Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue reporting via a mix of existing customer base and new business to deliver revenue expectations Contribute ideas to improve processes, client experience and team workflows Support competitive research, industry insights and opportunities for growth About You We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Someone who enjoys being client‑facing, problem‑solving, and delivering work that is both creative and thoughtfully executed.
