Be part of a high-growth startup with global reach Work with cutting-edge technology that's making a real difference in the hospitality industry Flexible work arrangements with our hybrid office model What You'll Do Qualify and Nurture Leads Inbound Leads: Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and ensure they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Outbound Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects through strategic outbound efforts, initiating conversations to uncover opportunities and introduce them to our solutions. Leverage Your Hospitality Experience: Use your knowledge of the hospitality industry to connect authentically with prospects, empathizing with their challenges and building trust. Schedule Product Demonstrations: Identify high-potential leads and seamlessly hand them off to Account Executives, ensuring they are fully briefed for impactful demos. Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads through proactive outreach, including inbound lead engagement and outbound prospecting efforts. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead handoff processes and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition post-sale. Gather Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer conversations to help refine strategies and product offerings. Who You Are Required Experience B2B sales experience preferable but not required At least 2 years of restaurant/hospitality operational experience (FOH, BOH, or management) Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cost management Excellent presentation and communication skills Preferable with CRM systems and sales automation tools Ideal Candidates will Also Have Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles rejection with a positive attitude.
