Learning & Development Partner – ANZ Reporting to our Learning & Organisational Development Manager – Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering transformative learning experiences that empower our people to grow, lead and thrive. You’ll be supporting the growth and success of our Robert Bird Group, SMEC, SAA Architects and Atelier Ten businesses across ANZ, all part of the SJ Group. In a fast‑paced, innovative engineering consulting environment, this high‑impact role blends creativity and strategy – supporting regional development while influencing global learning design. Responsibilities Design and produce engaging, learner‑focused content for both face‑to‑face and digital delivery. Translate complex technical knowledge into accessible, impactful learning experiences. Contribute to global instructional design projects, bringing fresh ideas and regional insights. Own the Learning Management System (LMS) for ANZ – ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting and a seamless user experience. Set up courses, manage users and maintain system integrity. Provide training and support to stakeholders and collaborate globally to align LMS standards. Lead the design and delivery of the ANZ Graduate Development Program and support Global Leadership Development Programs delivered in ANZ. Manage induction and compliance training to ensure every employee starts strong and stays informed. Maintain accurate records to support compliance, reporting and continuous improvement of learning initiatives. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in HR, Learning & Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment a bonus). Additional certifications in learning design or facilitation highly valued. Proven experience in instructional design and e‑learning, ideally in a technical or consulting environment. Confident facilitation skills and a passion for engaging learners. Experience with development programs, induction and compliance training. Proficiency in learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, LMS platforms). Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Desired Qualities Creative thinker who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.
