Temporary Claims Management Officer (RACQ Insurance) Join to apply for the Temporary Claims Management Officer (RACQ Insurance) role at IAG Work Hours & Availability This role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is required. This is an on-site role. Location & Duration Temporary role based in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. 3‑month opportunity with a possibility of an extension. Start date: December 10 2025. What You’ll Do Provide an end‑to‑end claims experience. Triage, manage and recover claim costs. Act as a referral for claim decisions and processing. Deliver proactive, timely, quality and efficient claims outcomes. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service experience. Technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous. Strong phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries. Confident communicator with a talent for navigating tough conversations with empathy and fairness. Proficient with computers & systems – juggling multiple software systems at the same time.
