You would be primarily supporting the Kindergarten Central Application Scheme (KCAS) in accordance with State and Council policies. The role focuses on accurately processing kindergarten applications, coordinating reactive maintenance requests for early years services, and delivering high-quality customer service to families, service partners, and the community. About you Ideally, candidates will hold relevant qualifications or have at least three years’ experience in administration and customer service roles. Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office/Xpedite/Authority is an advantage, along with strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a keen attention to detail.
