This is a hands‑on role that will see you leading your teams from the front and will report directly to the General Manager, based in Queensland, the State Manager will be responsible for the QLD State and supporting the QLD Regional Managers. What We Are Looking For Multi-site store, state and region management experience in fashion retail Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams Proven track record to meet sales and KPI budgets Self motivated and ability to motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges Work well under pressure Hands on and self motivated Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and region's results Desire to establish a long term career Ability for interstate travel as and when required Experience in building and leading a culture of high performing teams across a region/state Experience in new store openings, refits & closures. Experience in effectively managing cost controls The ability to lead change with a can‑do attitude Innovative thinking and actions to capitalize on market opportunities What Your Day Will Involve Executing company strategies across stores Leading the regional management team across states, through coaching, training, mentoring and feedback to improve accountability and ensure we are putting our customer first, at every touchpoint. Drive a customer‑centric culture, championing exceptional service standards and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the core of all decisions and business activities. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting. Ensure seamless operations across all areas, including merchandising, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and store operations. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including asset protection, Finance and HR to drive alignment and achieve company objectives. Leadership, People Management, Capability development, Successors for key roles Labour turnover Operations, Safety Leadership, Workplace Health & Safety Financial management - expenses in line with budget Consistent in store execution across all retail stores including implementation of all policies, processes, and systems Driving our vision, values and culture Why Should You Apply?
