But what you might not realise is that we also deliver health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government via Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS), for people who are applying for visas to live, work or study in Australia. Located in central Dandenong, our Visa Medical Assessment Centre is easily accessible via Princes Highway or an easy 8-minute walk from Dandenong Station. Our new centre has been purposefully designed for functionality, customer experience and sustainability. Close to Dandenong market, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants the Centre offers a unique opportunity to work and live locally or commute and grab dinner (or the groceries) on the way home from work. Be at the heart of it with Bupa. This is your opportunity to join a new team and Health Centre and have a real impact on establishing the Bupa Medical Visa Services customer experience in Dandenong. Responsibilities Ensure the centre is financially viable through making sure expenditures are appropriate, suppliers are paid correctly, and staffing levels are optimised. Champion the customer experience, through engaging, coaching, and listening to team members and customer feedback, to maintain an excellent level of service. Manage customer escalations / upset customers. Manage contracted third party service providers to perform services to required standards. Forecast and plan to anticipate and meet current and future business needs. Monitor and manage the centre and employees’ compliance with legal and regulatory standards, internal operating procedures, Bupa’s risk and compliance policies, compliance training, frameworks and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Be a truly exceptional leader with a tangible focus on growing our people. Have strong customer experience focus. Have previous experience managing the P&L of a health service, medical centre, or practice. Show a proven ability to set objectives and measures to drive business outcomes and meet targets.
