About the Role In this contract role, you’ll lead the development and execution of digital initiatives that elevate online engagement, improve customer experience, and enhance the organisation’s digital footprint. From managing a high-visibility website to delivering integrated campaigns across email, web, and social channels, you’ll be at the digital heart of a globally connected government agency. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise web content and digital assets Deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with strategic priorities Apply best practices in SEO, UX, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and digital compliance Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-channel digital content Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve engagement Support the evolution of digital platforms with innovative ideas and solutions What You Bring Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, and campaign delivery Strong skills in SEO, Google Analytics, and performance reporting Ability to translate complex business goals into user-friendly digital experiences Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
