About the role You'll support 8 incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live happy, independent lives. Whether it's heading to the cinema, enjoying a meal out, or dancing at a local disco – no two days are the same What you'll do Personal care and daily living support Help with budgeting, appointments, cooking, and more Build strong, positive relationships Support community activities and social inclusion Shift patterns Typically 7am–4pm or 4pm–10pm.
