About the Role The Technical Lead for the Commercial Tech Operations Squad drives technical excellence and innovation by delivering Salesforce solutions—particularly leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ—to enhance and customise our CRM for commercial operations. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects. By setting and continuously improving technical standards and development practices in line with ITIL principles for technical operations you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs, adhere to best practices and ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements and drive project direction. Set and improve technical standards and development practices in alignment with ITIL for technical operations. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and high-performance software solutions for commercial operations. Own and drive incidents and support issues to resolution, providing effective coaching and mentorship to engineers. What we are looking for Proven track record in Salesforce development with leadership experience. Experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs. Skilled in owning support calls and driving issues through to resolution. Experience mentoring engineers in best practices. Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance. Salesforce Certifications (ideally several of the following): Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Why join us?
