Baroque Group have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start on a marquee project. General Role Oversee the entire construction process, from initial groundworks to final delivery. Lead and manage a site team of internal support staff. Supervise and/or manage all external subcontractors, service providers, materials suppliers, deliveries and the like that are associated with a project. Communicate with and coordinate subcontractors, designers, and/or suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and execution. Develop and maintain project programme & schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring all are regularly informed, address any concerns promptly. Promote site safety and implement Baroque group Site Safety Management Systems. Responsible to "open and close" each site as required. Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and project specifications. Implement, manage and maintain project construction programme. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality or safety concerns. Identify potential issues or obstacles and proactively develop solutions to minimise disruptions and delays. Qualifications, Experience & Attributes Possess a QBCC Supervisor License. Minimum 5 years' prior experience managing and delivering commercial projects. Must have excellent organizational skills to manage projects and trades. Great problem-solving skills. Supportive and inclusive team of coworkers. Stable and long-term work on exciting and marquee projects. About You An experienced site manager / supervisor / builder that has a strong background successfully delivering commercial projects acting as the Principle Contractor. Our projects are quite diverse, ranging across D&C, refurbishments and new builds, therefore you must have proven experience and a thorough understanding of how to build in differing environments.
